IdentifyThisPlant.app is an AI-powered plant identification service. Your first identification is free; additional identifications require an active subscription ($3/week or $10/month).

2. AI Identification Disclaimer

Our AI plant identifier achieves high accuracy but is not infallible. Do not rely solely on this app to determine if a plant is safe to eat, touch, or handle. Always cross-check edible or medicinal plant IDs with a qualified expert.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of charge.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't upload illegal, copyrighted, or non-plant content. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

IdentifyThisPlant.app is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any harm caused by relying on plant identifications, including poisoning, allergic reactions, or property damage.
